We engaged Tom Rees mid April of 2017 to work on financing options for the purchase of a new home. My family and I were trying to relocate from the San Francisco Bay Area and our purchase was contingent on the sale of our existing home. Tom was very creative in finding a lending solution specific to our situation which gave us the added edge needed to have our offer accepted. Without Tom and the lending option he provided I believe the relocation would not have happened and we would have not found our dream home. Throughout the entire process Tom was readily available to answer any of our questions (even when on vacation), took the time to explain the buying and loan process, and worked seamlessly with our agent. The process from end to end could NOT have gone any smoother. Tom earned 6 stars but unfortunately I can only give 5.
